We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person or company for any reason.  We reserve the right to alter prices to take into account forces beyond our control (for example, but not limited to, postal and printing charges).

ORDER STATUS

When you have purchased your goods, you will be given an order reference number, which you should keep. You will also be sent a confirmation email of your order and you will be E-mailed about your order status until it is dispatched from us through Royal Mail.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Orders are subject to availability.  Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days (working days = Monday to Friday) unless otherwise stated on the Website - although this may take longer if we are waiting for stock to arrive from our suppliers.  We will notify you by E-mail if dispatch is likely to take longer.

For goods paid for by cheque - your order will only be dispatched once your cheque has been cleared which may take 3-5 working days after receipt of your cheque.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to adhere to the dispatch time.

If you are ordering from within the United Kingdom then you should expect to receive your goods 2-4 working days from notification of dispatch, although this could be longer for those outside of the United Kingdom mainland.  However, Chloe Publishing Ltd cannot be held responsible for, or guarantee the postal times.

If you are ordering from outside of the United Kingdom then delivery of your goods can take up to 3 weeks from notification of dispatch, depending on your domestic postal system.  However, Chloe Publishing Ltd cannot be held responsible for, or guarantee the postal times.

Where goods are delayed beyond a reasonable time, on notification from you, we will take it up directly with the Royal Mail and will keep you informed until you have received your goods.

UNITED KINGDOM DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any goods purchased from us for a full refund within 7 (seven) days of receipt of your goods.  A cost of £2.50 will be charged for handling.  Please note that in the event that the goods have already been dispatched to you, we cannot pay the cost of return postage to our premises.  To cancel your order, write or E-mail within 7 days of delivery of your goods quoting your order number.  Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused condition.  If the goods have been used, no refund will be given.

You must ensure that the goods are returned in the same standard of packaging otherwise you may not receive a refund if the goods are damaged due to a lesser packaging being used.  Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, address, the date of order, the order number and reason for return, and should be clearly labelled to:

Please ensure that your sender's address is written on the reverse of the parcel and that you obtain PROOF OF POSTING.

On receipt of the unused goods, we will refund your money within 30 days, less the £2.50 handling fee per order.  If you do not pay for the goods to be returned to us, a deduction will be made from your refund to cover our costs for collecting the goods.

FAULTY GOODS

If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of any goods that you have ordered due to faulty workmanship you can return the goods to us for an exchange.  Goods must be returned to us within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase - purchase being when the goods have been dispatched to you.  Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss when sending goods back to us.  We cannot be held responsible for postal costs incurred unless the goods are deemed to be faulty.  This does not affect your statutory rights.  You must request proof of posting for all returned goods.  A credit note for the value of the returned goods will be offered for any goods that are returned after 14 days.

You should pay for the return of the goods through Royal Mail and you will be refunded the cost.  In order to return the product, please refer to the "United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations" section.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

All items are subject to availability.  If the item is out of stock, then you will be advised of the anticipated dispatch date, which could be up to 4 weeks or beyond. You will have the opportunity to cancel your order and a full refund will be made.

VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)

VAT on books is zero-rated in the United Kingdom.  If you are purchasing from outside of the United Kingdom you should be aware that your purchase may attract a customs tax on entry to your country.  Chloe Publishing cannot be held responsible for any such taxes charged to you.

COMPETITION RULES AND CONDITIONS

By entering competitions on any of our websites, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. There will be no cash alternative to the prize.
2. Only one entry will be accepted per person per month of any prize draw.  Therefore, if a competition runs over three months, you may enter a maximum of three times.
